How it works

Three steps, from your call to the bed

  1. You call or share your location

    Tell us where you are and what we are carrying. No address? Share your location on WhatsApp or Viber.

  2. You hear the price and arrival time

    Before we set off, you know what it costs and when we arrive.

  3. We winch it on and drive

    The winch pulls the vehicle onto the bed and we strap it down. We take it to a garage, home or wherever you say, anywhere in Serbia.

What we carry

What we carry on the bed

The bed lowers to the ground and the winch pulls the vehicle up. It does not need to start.

Cars
Saloons, estates, SUVs and foreign-registered vehicles.
Vans and light trucks
Delivery vans and double-cab pickups.
Construction machines
Mini excavators and similar machines. Send the model and weight, and we will confirm whether it fits.
Cargo
Panels, profiles, pipes and pallets, strapped down.

The bed

Sliding and tilting, with a hydraulic winch and cable. All four wheels ride on the bed, so it is safe for automatics too. If the wheels are locked, we have special dollies that go under the wheels.

We do not carry large trucks or buses.

How much does towing cost?

It depends on the distance, the vehicle and the time of day. Tell us where you are and where the vehicle is going, and we will tell you the exact price before we set off.

How soon can you arrive?

It depends on where you are and where the truck is at that moment. We’ll give you an estimated arrival time over the phone.

Can you carry a car with an automatic gearbox?

Yes. The winch pulls the vehicle onto the bed and special dollies go under the wheels, so the gearbox and drivetrain do not turn. Many manufacturers do not allow towing an automatic with its wheels on the road; it says so in the owner’s manual. Don’t worry, we have a solution for that too.

Do you drive outside Belgrade?

Yes, anywhere in Serbia. For longer trips we agree the time in advance.

How do I send my location?

The fastest way is the “Share your location” button on this page. In WhatsApp: the paperclip or plus sign, then “Location”, then “Send your current location”. Without internet, send an SMS with the nearest exit, petrol station or kilometre marker.

Do you carry machines and cargo?

Yes. Send a photo, the dimensions and the weight on WhatsApp or Viber, and we reply with a price.

What should I do while I wait on the motorway?

Turn on your hazard lights, put on a reflective vest, set up the warning triangle and move behind the crash barrier. Do not stand between your vehicle and the traffic.
